Panic Attacks Cause

Either we die and have no existance, meaning no memory of anything, your’e just a blank, or we come back reincarnated as a roach or something, or we keep on living forever after we die, which sounds good but also scary at the same time.

   try to live in the present because if there is no after life we wont know the difference. to be a human on planet earth is winning the lottery so you need to embrace it and you cant do that if you worry all the time. sometimes though i think being an animal or insect would not be so bad because they dont know they are going to die so they dont worry about it. the odds that we are even alive with self awareness are astronomical and life should be fun.cause if it isnt you are not playing the game right
