What are some panic attack natural treatments ?
I don’t use drugs. Please help. Any book titles are welcome.
Change the environment and your responce to the environment.
lessen stress with meditation, breathing and self talk – can help.
Identify the triggers that cause the panic attacks. Something may set you off like crouds, the thought of public speaking etc.
