Just talk with your doctor about this. I’m sure they could give you some sort of meds to relax your fears and anxiety. I too have panic and anxiety issues and I know there are medications safe for pregnancy. According to all of the women I have heard talk about it, you should feel no more than a small bit of pressure when you have your cesarean.

Calm down. (easier said than done, I know) But seriously you have probably heard this before but when the time comes you won’t be thinking of your panic attacks AT ALL. You will be way more concerned about the baby and everything that is going on. I have panic disorder too and whenever I had my c-section I didn’t think about panic at all, plus I was too drugged up. Everything will fall into place to where you won’t think about it, I swear.
