Fantastic blog! I definitely love how it is easy on my eyes as well as the data are well written. I am wondering how I can be notified whenever a new post has been made. I have subscribed to your rss feed which really should do the trick! Have a nice day!

Focus on outlets that will lessen your anxiety.

Start with a healthy diet.

Incorporate exercises into your daily routine that will give you control over your disorder if practiced over time.

Try:
-Exercising
-Breating Exercises
-Meditation
-Positive Daily Affirmations
-Daily Stretching
-Yoga
-Practicing Gratitude for the Good things you have

The important part is changing the way your thought process descends. Filter negativity out of your thinking by contradicting your negative emotions with positive thoughts.
References :
http://www.stop-anxiety-panic-attack.com

Hi there,

I'd like to share my experience with you. I used to suffer from major anxiety, depression and panic attacks as well. I tried everything I could find including herbs, self help programs & prescription drugs. The only thing that worked for me was when I started taking fish oil every day. I never believed it would work as well as it has. I am on a mission to tell everyone I can about it. The stuff really works well. Because you are a woman, I would suggest you take the ultra-refined kind. They are free of the toxins that tend to build up in the fish from which the oil is taken. It takes a couple of weeks before it starts working. Once it starts working you'll really feel the difference. If you want more info, send me an email.

Best wishes
References :
10mg of prozac is not enough for daily panic attacks - 20 mg helped me but my friend has bad panic attacks and is on paxil, although i believe that drug has been labelled as bad or causing suicidal thoughts or something i say time for a new dr or meds. although if sleep helps maybe you just need a sitter or some help so you can get some more sleep is all
References :
I think if you've got three small children under five, you're probably tired and stressed from chasing after them and keeping them out of trouble. Prolonged exhaustion can lead to symptoms like that. You need to find a babysitter and get some serious sleep and have some time for you, and I think it'd make you feel a lot better.
References :
It would probably help your doctor give you the best treatment if you provided as much information as possible. Start keeping a journal of things like this... when you have the attacks, how you feel, how long they last, etc. The more detailed you can get the better.

Good luck with this.
