Instant Tranquility – NLP Hypnosis to Relax Deeply and Stop Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Instant Tranquility is a guided hypnotic session for deeply relaxing, which uses NLP techniques to lull the listener into a deep sense of calm, melting away stress and anxiety, and reducing the chances of experiencing panic attacks.

You may notice that some of the language in this session sounds “weird.” But keep in mind that this session uses NLP techniques that speak directly to the unconscious mind — it doen’t matter at all how it is percieved consciously–you’ll still get results, no matter how high your current level of anxiety or frequency of panic attacks. It’s even a great stress buster to just relax and chill after a long or stressful day.

    Added it but havent tried it yet. If ever Ill let u know! Am used to a more terrenal MD with a polish accent and yes it does work. The aim in both cases is to bring ur brain waves to alfa waves.

    wow.. i was so relaxed. and i felt very very weird, for the first time when im hypnotized, i felt very very heavy, felt like my tongue was too big for my mouth, i saw and felt myself extremely big, then extremely small. i saw myself in a very far distance, saw my arms stretching very far. i felt like my mind was like a rubber lol :D is this reaction normal? i feel relaxed and calm now :)

    This is amazing! I am those people who are skeptical about everything but this truely worked for me.
    However, only the physical part.
    I have a problem with over-thinking and although I was able to let go at some points, my mind wandered off at times. The scariest bit was when he said.. “You feel relaxed, now you can feel a deeper sense of relaxtion” and then he kept saying deeper.. deeper and I really did feel it. haha scary! I am going to try to master my mind and do this frequently! Thank u

    I can’t tell you how much this video really helped me out today. I was on the verge of an anxiety attack. Last time I felt like this I ended up in the emergency room, thinking I was having a heart attack. It turned out to just be a panic attack. I listened to this and I could just feel the anxiety pouring out of my body. Thank you!!!
