I have panic attacks when my parents live me alone at home?
Im 18, when my parents are at home everything is fine but as soon as they go out and i stay alone the world turns upsidedown to me, panic starts, i start to think about if they never come back, if something happens and they never come back what will i do, i go crazy and i have stomac pains, i am not even able to breathe properly. I don’t have any other family in this country. Any help? Any suggestions? I also will be travelling alone to another country (my country), in some time and it is 9 hours of flying, here is another thing i also have panic attacks in a plane and that is just horribble, im afraid to die.Can you help me?
Try something that’s called square breathing. It has really worked for me. It goes like this…
Breathe in for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Release for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Keep repeating as necessary.
This really works. I have anxiety and panic attacks, too.

all u need is not medicine but a real close friend to be with

Go to the doctor and tell them the same thing you just wrote here. You will probably get some medication. You will thank yourself.

I’m sure I’m not in the minority by any means, but I do intend to improve. I suppose my main problem is that I find large numbers of comments overwhelming, I can honestly say that I’ve skipped reading entries at friends’ blogs, just because there’s already ninety comments on it, and I a) don’t want to get lost in the shuffle, or worse b) don’t want to be obligated to spew out forty comments of my own.
You have a great outlook on commenting. I started blogging and it was quite quiet for weeks. I got to listen to myself think
