I have panic attacks when I go to school?
When ever I have to go to school I get nervous and can’t breathe. I have a fear of being judge. We all know high school kids are mean. What should I do? I can’t be home schooled because my parents work. I sometimes cry becase I don’t want to go.
I feel like I’m going to say the wrong thing and get picked on. I also hate going places.
