Okay, now we’re getting into the good part of the videos. I know the last part drags on a bit, but hopefully it’s not too bad. Explains why this game in particular freaks me out so much. I think most of the fear in this game comes from the fact that the graphics ARE as poor as they are, so your mind “fills in the blanks” and ends up making you subconsciously see something much scarier than what’s actually there. NOTE: Thanks to www.youtube.com in the comments, i’ve found what I have is called “Kenophobia”, also called “Cenophobia”. Describes my fear perfectly: “fear of voids or large, open, empty spaces”. That’s the majority of it. I don’t have Agoraphobia, because it’s “traditionally thought to involve a fear of public places”. I love public spaces and lots of people around, as i’ll explain here. It also “consists of an ideational fear or actual panic attack as the result of traveling beyond the general perimeters of the region one resides in, such as a large city or county.” I love traveling to other countries/states. No fear there, either. Also says that “social anxiety problems may also be an underlying cause.”. Definitely not this, as i’m an extroverted person, I like large crowds, etc. No Ihave never done any LSD, and for best effect, watch this video late at night with your lights off.
